Previous Projects
Over the last 10 years we have been involved in many projects, here are some of the more interesting ones:-
Train Test Rigs, Madrid, Stanmore - Over the last 10 years we have enhanced a legacy test and integration facility taking it from a platform with a £250k build cost and 6 month lead time to a streamlined system that can be built in 10 weeks for a cost of around £60k. These test rigs have supported many trials for our client and have won them business in excess of £800M.
FBP Test Rig - a product development and test facility for a real time communications based rail product. Our solution provided facilities to script the operation of the rig allowing realistic scenario based testing to be performed.This facility has been upgraded a few times and is still in use today.
Communications Interface Development and Testing - the development and testing of legacy code providing a common HDLC interface used by a collection of real time safety critical rail products. The project was performed to CENELEC 50128 SIL 2 level standards.
Communications Interface Design - the development and testing of hardware device drivers combined with a HDLC interface to CENELEC 50128 SIL 4 level standards.
SRME - A generic test and monitoring system allowing our client to maintain their interface descriptions in XML using those definitions to monitor their products using human readable displays of interface byte data.
ITE - A test environment used to verify and validate the operation of BIOS like software on a new platform. The ITE is a bespoke implementation of SyDat and is enhanced with various bespoke real time facilities providing a real time VME to LAN gateway as well as an intelligent code parser to automatically produce embedded test harnesses that can be stimulated by SyDat scripts.

Current Projects
Victoria Line Upgrade - We are currently upgrading a complex real time test facility designed to allow a flexible combination of real and simulated rail equipment on a user configurable railway network. The test facility was provided by Hawkgrove and has been in use for over 24 months and has been proven to simulate real world inputs into safety critical dynamic train borne equipment to an accuracy of within 2% of the real world. This allows our client, a leading signalling and control system provider to the rail industry, to accurately test and develop systems in a realistic environment prior to delivery.
Independent Test Environment (ITE) Upgrade - We are completing a multi lane upgrade to our previously supplied system to allow enhanced real time testing across multi lane safety critical platforms developed by a
leading signalling and control system provider to the rail industry.
Singapore Test Rig - We are currently in the process of analysing upgrades to previously delivered Victoria Line test equipment to support the test and integration for a contract won by our major client.
